Default to "Standard" speed?

After cold start one chassis fan runs at about 1600 RPM. When I click "Standard" all run about 500. Temps are good at "Standard". How do I make "Standard" the default speed at boot up?

Click standard on what? If you are using a program to control fan speed, options should be there. The BIOS often has fan speed, usually it's called quiet mode rather than give specific speeds in the BIOS.
