Delay on VAC (Virtual Audio Cable)

So this is the first time I publish something on Tom's..
Hopefully I will get a good answer.

So I have downloaded "VAC" aka, "Virtual Audio Cable" so me and my brother can listen to my computer at the same time since I don't have any speakers.

I've searched around a bit but I can't seem to find anything. I don't think my specs are something important but tell me if it's needed!

(I've tried Stereo Mix but I don't think it works on Windows 10 since I've tried a million times and all other posts are from back at 2013.)
