deleting apps from internal memory

Can I delete or Uninstall app from my device once I send them to sd card, and will they still play

When you move app to SD card, it has been moved from internal memory, why you want to uninstall it. Its already playable and on SD card.

In my phone it is not so. I can still see them taking space in my internal memory and not allow me to download and install new updates
