need to know how to reset the authentication system password for Dell model #PP01L or how to disable.

Can't help.... take you query to the Dell Authorized Service Station closest to you, or then get in touch with the Dell Help desk....
Prove you're the rightful owner of the rig, and they'll help you bypass it.

don't ask for help on password bypassing/cracking etc. it is against tom'shardware's rules.
