Dell charging(plsss)

hi,i have a dell latitude d630,i cant get my laptop to charge,i changed the charging block and still no led that comes on i pres the power button and still dead,is there anything you can suggest for me to do?plss

nope,i am a intern at a laptop repair center ,so im try to fix this laptop but no luck
