Dell Command Power Manager - Cannot Set Battery Thresholds

Hi -- on my Windows 7 Dell Latitude E5550 laptop:

I download the latest dell command power manager v2.2.1. This is the screen I get:

In the battery section and the alerts section, I do not see an option to set battery thresholds (like 80%)

I solved it.
I went to the following page: https/www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/latitude-e5550-laptop/drivers
I clicked "Detect Drivers" which downloaded to a program to detect and analyze my laptop to find the latest updates. It installed 5 drivers so I am not sure which one solved the issue.

So anyone with a similar problem should update their drivers
