Ordered a computer on Cyber Monday only to be told it wouldn't arrive till Dec 27. Now get message won't arrive till Jan 24. Get the feeling it will never arrive and Dell Cyber Monday was a scam. Dell doesn't want to fulfull their deals.
Maybe they simply sold more units than were in stock? Dell is a reputable company, they will honor their deal one way or another. I suggest you contact them directly to sort out an acceptable solution.
