Dell d620 not trying to power on

My old Dell d620 won't even try to power in I bought a new adapter and battery but nothing happens,when I plug my charger in it dissent charge and the charger tturns off I have it tore down to the motherboard but I couldn't find a problem
Anything would help

Your laptop is 10+ years old. It might be time to let it rest in peace.

You're already spent $xx on "new" battery and adapter. I would rather pick up a $60 D620 (if that's what you need) off popular shopping sites.
