It depends on what you need out of it. If you are going to game, pick something else... If you are going to do a lot of wordprcocessing, get something else, if you want to do some facebook etc... then it would be fine.
Please be specific about yoyr needs. None of us can tell you if it's a good deal if you don't tell us what you want to do with it.
