Dell errased all my contacts ph nr's etc

Just got the top of the line Dell Pocket PC.
On the cd there they have Outlook 2002 and I have been using Outlook 2003.
Well as I was installing the software for the Pocket PC it completely erased
ally my contacts, ph nr's, email addresses, every single one of my
appointments etc.

Is there anything I can do to retrieve this information?

I called Dell and they are sending me a CD with Outlook 2003 because I can't
fine mine.
Anyway they told me when I install Outlook 2003 my contacts will come back
but I find that hard to believe if they're all gone already.

They're all on your hard drive in a *.pst file. You just have to search and
find which pst file they're in.

Gregg, thanks for your suggestions.
When I click the archive file all I get is another archive folder in my
folder view. The more I do that the more archive folders I keep building.
For some reason that's all I'm getting. No contacts, appointments etc.
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.
Any suggestions.
Using Outlook 2002.
