Dell Fan disassembly

Ok guys, so, I've got to the motherboard and the fan, and I want to clean my fan. But it seems like I cant pull my fan off if I don't remove motherboard as well. I'm afraid of the motherboard so I want to post a picture here and you can go in paint and point what I need to do. Thanks in front.

Disconnect that ribbon cable at the bottom right
Lift the motherboard up and out of the way

You can probably lift the fan up, but cannot Disconnect it. I had this same problem too so I lifted up the fan without disconnecting it, and sprayed the can of compressed air into it (not too hard though, you can damage the fan if you make it spin or spin too fast from the compressed air)
