I have an authentic 130 W adapter cable for my Dell G3 but because of poor design the wire got torn at the very end near the blue light. Because of that it's not charging properly. I don't want to purchase a whole new wire but because the adapter works perfectly just the second half is damaged. Is there any place I can go to replace or repair the damaged portion of the wire? And if not can anyone send the wire link I should purchase with cost.

I didn't quite understand where exactly the damage is. The power cord is damaged or the adapter's wire? If you're speaking about the power cord, it's easier to buy a new one. It's not so expensive.

Here is also the whole cable

And I'm sure that you can find adapter without a power cord (will be cheaper)

If you want to fix it, you can take it to any service you want to and ask whether it's possible. Or you can do it on your own. There are lots of how-to videos and guides
