When looking for new RAM, I can only find RAM for 7347, not 7348. I need the latter.

Is there a difference?

Also, I've heard that the i7348 can only have up to 8gb RAM, is that true?

Solution
Looks like the 7347 model used DDR3 RAM, the 7348 is DDR4, you can't use one in the other.

It may not max out at 8 GB RAM but according to reviews on it, there is only one RAM stick, so whatever you have will have to be removed for a bigger module. Which may or may not work. 8 GB is plenty for most things.
