Question Dell Inspiron 14 5480 Froze and is not working

Hi, I just bought a Dell Inspiron 14 5480 this morning and I just finished setting it up. I logged in to my Onedrive account on the app and it redirected me to the website. From there it just froze. Keyboard keys are not working. Pressing the power button for a few seconds does not work too. It's battery seemes non-removable. What can I do to force it to restart?

This happened to me, I managed to remove battery and turn it off, once it came back online, now it shuts down every 30 minutes no matter what. I posted a thread hoping someone can help me lol

I managed to turn off mine. I pressed the power button for around 20-25 seconds since the battery is hard to locate since it's screwed in. I sent it over to the dell service center and they reset it. They said it's already okay. I'm going to pick it up a little bit later and hope that it's already okay.

I got may laptop back but it still freezes from time to time
