Dell Inspiron 1525 LED Code Help

My laptop does not boot or turn on. I did post diagnosis. The post code is Num Lock flashing and Caps Lock lit solid
I had searched Inspiron 1525 Post LED codes. I could not find the code my laptop was flashing.
Please help.

It's likely a memory issue, either the slot or the chip. Try a known good RAM stick.
