Dell Inspiron 3537 Headphone White noise

When I plug my headphones into jack, the white noise is heard for like few minutes, then it's ok for a minute or two and then again white noise. It's very annoying. It's not the headphones problem. Can anyone help?

Could be a driver issue , could be a hardware problem. Check default audio playback settings for speakers. Find and fix audio playback problems in the OS.
