Dell Inspiron 3543 CPU and GPU upgrade

Hi, Im about to get my first laptop, the Dell inspiron 3543. I was wondering if few years later, I would need to high processing or better gpu, would I be able to replace the cpu or the gpu in this model? it looks pretty simple to disassemble from utube

If it has something like an i3 5005U, it will be soldered to the motherboard, so the answer is no.

i5 4210U? If so, it is soldered to the motherboard. I'm sure that the GPU is also soldered.
