Dell inspiron faults yahoo answers

my dell laptop keeps freezing and it wont turn on it goes to home and wont do anything it is brand new and ive only been on t half a dozen times im really frustrated with this as it has done this once already and it was sent away for a new hardrive but it is now doing it again im really confused and wondering is there anything i can do to it without it having to be sent back ?? x thanks

How can it possibly 'keep freezing' if it 'won't turn on' ?

Did you un-install any programs you installed after purchase?
