DELL LAPTOP graphic card driver problem

Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 laptop ( i3-3110M 2.4 Ghz, 8GB RAM, AMD RADEON HD7670M ). Now, I recently installed win 8.1 on my laptop and can't find the proper driver for the graphic card. I went on the Dell drivers website, downloaded the driver that was given there ( Video_Driver_9NNDW_WN_13.151.0.0_A00 ) and installed it. After I restarted my lappy, there was no CCC option for optimizing my graphics etc. Can anyone point out the correct drivers to be installed beacuse i have no idea where to look for them.I'm really confused , please help.

As I mentioned, I've tried this driver but it doesn't work
