Dell laptop wifi unstable

Hello, I'm using Dell Latitude E6400 for many months, recently I experience WIFI unstable problem, the connection goes connected and disconnected every 10-20 seconds even the distant to wifi router is in short distant. I tried to move out the wifi card then clean the connection, but it does not improve, could anyone support.

what are the characteristics of the WAN you're trying to connect to?

When you're looking at available networks do you see the network as having a stable good signal or does it jump up and down?

Have you tried other wireless networks, not using the router in question? do those hold connection OK?

Your main purpose here is to figure out if it's your laptop card or the router/network config, then go from there.
