Solved! Dell laptop, Windows 10 hooked to a Planar PX 2710MW Monitor. Image does not fill the screen. Photo attached.

Trying to make this work for my wife's yoga presentation, but the image doesn't fill the screen.

I'm in the Display>Scale and layout and can't seem to find something that works.

why are you running 1366x768 resolution?

When on the laptop, the options range from 1366x768 down to 800x600. 1920x1080 isn't presented as an option. I went to the Planar website to look for drivers, but none are available for non-touch screen monitors.

What the laptop model?
Might be you didn't install the dedicated or internal gpu driver
