Dell latitude 3380 won't turn on

I have a Dell latitude 3380, and I can't get the screen to turn on. The light on the power button is on but nothing else responds. If I move the mouse or press the button or hold down the button I can't get the screen to turn on. And the battery isn't low because the little orange light hasn't come on yet

3380 sounds like a recent model, did you check with Dell support?
