Dell Latitude E5440 won't turn up, but charger is fine

Hi, my laptop Dell Latitude E5440 does not turn on. The battery charger works fine. But when I plugged it in, the light under battery sign switched on only 1 second then off completely. The light on power button is on and off. I have tried to take out the battery and pressed the power more than 1 minute and put the battery back in. But it still does not work.

Please Help!!!
