Dell Latitude wouldn't power up

My Dell Latitude D800 was not powering up at all and after reading several posts for a solution I was able to power it on by pressing above the F11 and F12 buttons at the same time as the power button. Now how do i fix it correctly? Thanks!

So you're saying you still have to press F11 & F12 to turn on the PC? What does your manual say?
