Solved! Dell M90 Core Duo

I'm thinking of buying a used Dell M90 CORE DUO. it has a Quadro. Idk about the opengl for business apps, but want to play games.

Doesn anyone know if this is a decent laptop? and is it possible to flash the bios of a mobile quadro to a geforce? I was reading the quado has issues with some games.
