@flybri--everyone has horrible customer service (although few as bad as AT&T used to be).

I'd like to see what the packaging looks like too.

And not related but how is it possible to have almost every threads polluted by spam ...
There should be a filter on some words like "shoes" plus "$" each time some one submits a comment.
 
It’s good to see big Corps like Dell go the green way. The mushroom packaging makes sense both economically and environmentally.
