I UPDAED BIYOS RESTART MY LAPTOP THEN NOT START MY LAPTOP
ALL LIGHT IS START BAT VIDEO IS NOT DISPELLED

SO PLZ HELP

The sign of a bad flash, If the case you Bricked the laptop.
The cause probably the wrong bios update firmware. Or to get it working the bios battery needs to be shorted to allow a bios to fully refresh to it new programmed settings.
If that does not work, I am sorry to say it may be time to buy a new laptop.
