DELL vs Lenovo (opinions)

Hey, I am going to buy a new laptop and I want to know which one is better...

Here are my options (based on my budget):

1.) Dell Inspiron 5559 (i5-6260U 1.8 Ghz/Intel Iris Graphics 540/4GB/500GB/W10)

2.) Dell Vostro 3559 (i5-6200U 2.3 Ghz/Intel HD Graphics 520/4GB/500GB/W10)

3.) Lenovo IdeaPad 300-15ISK (i5-6200U 2.3 Ghz/Intel HD Graphics 520/4GB/500GB/W10)

I really care about the fan system 'cause this is the main reason why I want to buy a new laptop. Then I would appreciate such a good CPU & GPU performance as well. Battery is also important.

Thanks for replying but 1.8 Ghz won't be a problem compared to 2.3 Ghz?
Why is it faster?

Intel iris graphics > hd graphics, and that is what matters most.

Most cpus have turbo boost and the core speed is not the only factor afftcting performance
