Dell xps m1730 sata connector broken

Hi,
the little black plastic on the sata connector from de motherboard is broken and i can't plug my sata hard drive and i would like to know if i can do something to fix it.

Cannot see as the pictures are so bad...use MACRO mode on the camera or phone...

Don't think i can take a better picture, but i tape down the cable right over the pins.
