denon avr 1603 sound loose

Hi!

I have Denon avr 1603 reciever and it was working fine for few years. Now in the middle of usage ocassionally i hear a crack noise out of the speakers and all sound is lost. Sometimes it continue to play sound after crack sometimes it's lost completelly. Sound is back if i switch to other source then go back to original source and sometimes it takes days that its not producing sound from any source no matter what i do.

If anyone can help me what could be causing problem with my reciever.

Could be a power supply issue or something more complicated. Either way not a DIY repair. Given the age of the receiver, its modest original price and the potential cost of repair it would likely be more to fix than to replace.

So its not worth to try and repair it? I mean reciever does not loose power it turns on normal and display is working. When i max volume i hear some noise from speakers.. Anyway can u recomend something for replacement at arround same class?
