Desktop Assembly and Testing Help

I need to locate a service or individual that can assemble and test a new desktop. All components are 'mainstream' (Intel, Asus, Corsair, Sandisk, etc.). Because of age and health I can't do this myself and will pay whatever the going rate for this service is. I greatly appreciate you help with this, and thank you!

I'm in Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh area. I do want a local shop. I'm having some difficulty with that unfortunately. I've already been taken advantage of and it costs me $100 for nothing. Don't get old!
