Desktop restarts or freezes during video playback

My desktop (Gateway DX4860) Is restarting and freezing at random. 98% of the time its while doing something related to video. It has the Intel 2000 graphics I thought that may be the problem so I got a dif graphics card but that didnt fix it. I havve checked everything else I can think of. Its not over heating, Its not dirty, I have wiped the HD a couple times and reinstalled the OS I ram memtest a ton of passes and everything seems good. I'm thinking maybe the motherboard has a bad component. Any ideas?
