Solved! Desktop won't load & neither will the safe mode

Hello,

I just bought a brand new HP 15 ax250wm.

I may have been downloading and installing things too quickly in excitement. The last thing I loaded was Bitdefender and restarted the machine. Also I was installing STREAM and it couldn't finish the updates. I restarted when it just stopped as well.

Now it will come on and it will let me sign into windows. But then it's just a black screen and I can't get safe mode to load or the desktop. I have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly and wonderfully appreciated.

Actually I waited and then it loaded. Could I have possibly done anything incorrect that I need to fix? It finally loading and just popped up with "Updating Stream" and is currently extracing package. I will just wait to see what it does..

new laptop without ssd on the os?
wait for all the windows 10 updates to finish. before installing. then one at a time.
