Desperate to have Dish Network in Venezuela

I live in Caracas Venezuela very specifically in the area of "Alto Hatillo." I am very interested in having this service in my home. For two years I had a subscription of satellite TV Claro Puerto Rico but recently They merged with DISH and this satellite went offline. I have been using a 1.8 m dish.

I would like to talk to you "tigsounds" to have a little more info on how to achieve capture the satellite 119W (dish size and LNB).

If I'm reading him correctly, it's not the money that he's worried about. Venezuela is probably outside the normal coverage area for that satellite, so you need an extremely large and sensitive dish to pick it up.
