DIABLO 3 known fps-stuttering issue

Anyone knows the solution to this? I've ready everything on the internet, spoke with Blizzard administrators and can't fix it.
Is there really 1 solution to this?

ISSUE :
"While owning a decent system, I experience low fps while fighting many enemies and during many spell animations.
The fps are about 150 while nothing happens, then they drop to 8-9 ....
I run all modern video games decently on ULTRA settings, but this happens only in Diablo 3. Before the patch as well."


Please if anyone fixed it, help me. It's totally unplayable.

The only thing to say is that it is because the game is online...and you have to factor in server lag that gets really bad when all of the enemies are on the screen and you are spamming spells etc. I have a beast PC and when I am playing online with people and we are all attacking and doing everything the fps will stutter horribly. So pretty much its Blizzard's fault for no optimizing well.

It's not server lag. It's something else.
Only some people report to have this problem. And they happen to have strong PCs
