Question did anyone have tried mini PCIe to USB 3?

i have 2 laptops,one broken because im misplaced the lcd socket when i'm trying to changing the lcd screen,so it got blowed up,but it still functioning when im connect it to my pc's monitor,so im gonna make a small datacenter using smb on windows 10 pro,and i have 4tb wd usb hdd and connecting to the usb port,the speed was slow.but when i test the hdd on my asus gl553v,it can reach 97-105mb/s

i wondering,
is anyone tried the mini PCIe to USB 3.0 Slot like this?,or this one?
this laptop doesn't have any nvme slot or another mini PCIE slot,only the mini pcie wifi module...

i've know nvme cannot be used on laptop network pcie slot.
because my project needed usb 3 slot but the way,my broken laptop board haven't any usb 3 slot.
is anyone have a solution?
