- 2 more GB of RAM

I am taking into consideration that different places have different prices. Also, if there are any laptops that you would recommend within the $400-500 price range, please let me know.

Laptop #2 and #3 are very similar since both have the same AMD APU, the A8-6410. The A8-6410 has a clockspeed of 2.0GHz, but can overclock itself to 2.4GHz under the right conditions. Walmart obviously decided to advertise the higher clockspeed, additionally, they also incorrectly stated it has a Radeon R4 graphics core. The A8-6410 APU has the Radeon R5 graphics core which is more powerful than the Radeon R4.

The $100 difference between Laptops #2 & #3 boils down to an extra 2GB of RAM and 250GB of storage space. That is kinda steep. If the extra 250GB is not that big of a deal, but you want to have 8GB of RAM instead of only 6GB, then you can purchase the following 4GB stick of RAM for $30 and install it into Laptop #2...
Laptop #3 is the clear winner.

The A8 is the better part as it is quad core, but the A6 is dual core.

6 vs 8 GB of RAM will not much of a difference, but more is better.
