Solved! On a tight budget. Would either of these run Minecraft pretty well?

14 year olds birthday tomorrow. She loves Minecraft. Need a basic laptop for school and Minecraft. And maybe the Sims. Would either of these be sufficient to run it? She used to play Hi-Pixel (spelling?) on her older laptop but it’s done for.

Of those 2 options the Ryzen 3 with the Vega gpu is easily the better option., Faster cpu and gpu, plus more ram.
