digital audio to usb or rca

I have a Samsung sound bar. It came with a digital audio cable and my tv only has a usb or rca connections. Is their a way to convert, thanks

TV's USB aren't used for audio so that's out. What remains, a RCA to Toslink converter. But you have to make sure that RCA is OUT, not RCA IN.
