new 922 it shows the signal level at 100 but quality around 40
or so the channels just keep breaking & freezing... Dish alignment ? it
is an older dish( but why would it show sig 100 ?) just upgraded to
4dtv with new 19 deg LNB other channels are good analog as well
as digital problem is HBO channels on digital G1 then other on

If your dish is smaller than 10' it must be very close to being
perfectly aligned to receive those channels.

You need to carefully set the skew manually and bump it East and West
to get the very best signal.
Most likely either a very minor change in elevation or a slight
azimuth adjustment at the dish would make a substantial difference in
your quality...depending on your location.
If you are using a 7.5' you will need to check the focal distance and
the centering of the feedhorn and peak as necessary as well.
