Digital Video Essentials - Different Versions available?

Are there old/new versions of the Digital Video Essentials DVD? I do know
that theres the standard and pro versions, but are there older and newer
versions of the standard disc?

My local store has DVE for $29 CDN but I want to make sure that I won't miss
out on newer features or documentation if this might be old stock.

As far as I know there has been only one version of Digital Video
Essentials DVD. An earlier version was called Video Essentials.

Also Digital Video Essentials is available in a DVD version, a D-VHS
version for 720p displays and a D-VHS version for 1080i displays.

Check the www.videoessential.com web site for the latest information.
