Can someone give me a link download to directx11 :???? for windows 7 32 bit please help i cant run 3d games even with a Radeon 7750 so help 😛

DirectX11 is already built-in to Windows 7 and updates come via Windows Updates.

Most likely your issue is that you did not install the correct drivers for your video card. What exactly is the issue and with what game(s)?
Go to nVidia.com and get the drivers for your 7750 from there, check things again.
