Question Directional sound isnt good when gaming

Ive had this problem now since I got my pc and from reading from this Thread (https://forums.tomsguide.com/thread...tely-opposite-when-playing-games-help.396969/ ) its been the closest thing to figuring it out.I have only just noticed a major difference when playing any game like Escape From Tarkov or Rainbow Six Siege or Ark Survival Evolved or even Apex Legends, My directional sound is just muffled and it seems like it plays from all around but not directionally. when I plug my headset which is a Steelseries arctis 7 in to my xbox or even my tablet I can hear perfect directional sounds ive tried with surround tests on both devices so it seems like its a pc problem rather than a fault with my ears or the headset. I have tried uninstaling all my audio drivers and still its the same I really dont know what it is.

I have somehow fixed it now turned mono sound of and on and off again and it worked

How do you use the headphone? Wireless or via 3.5 jack?

Wireless would be the preferred way
Did you enable DTS sound in the arctis software?

Does the ChatMix Dial at the headset improve your feeling, if fully at game sound?

Did you install the latest driver/software from the steelseries homepage?
