DirectTV in Canada

I have had Direct TV for well oer 10 years. I have 2 RCA DVR receivers at home (Hamilton, Ontario). I am in my motor home with a sat. dish on the roof in Ontario, near Owen Sound. Despite signal strength of 88-89 I cannot acquire information from Direct TV satellite. My receiver works perfectly at home.

Any clues?

BTW, I have been paying my DirectTV account in Maine using a Canadian credit card for many years.

I have just brought direct tv here to Dunnville on. hooked it up. no problem. get all the channels except the local network channels. do you get Buffalo in Hamilton??? thanks for any help.
