DirectX Direct3D problem

direct3d functionality not avaliable please help me and ask me what i do

You're not making any sense. Describe what you're trying to do, post your computer specs, operating system and describe exactly what happens.

Make sure you are using the newest directx found here.

If the problem continues, then you video card doesn't support the program you are trying to use.

You can also run dxdiag.exe and make sure everything looks ok.
