Disabled memory card

I need your help. Recently installed 16gb memory card can't be read by my phone. My unit is vivo y69. I already tried factory reset but still same issue. At first there it can be read but after a few seconds will display that there is no installed memory card. I also put another card but same issue. Thanks

Try the cards in another device and see if they work. If they do, then there is probably a problem with the card slot on the phone. You would need to have it looked at by a tech.
