Hi again this is the mess I am getting when I try to load my windows disc

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Uncertain your windows installation disc and restart you computer.
2. Choose your language settings and then click next.
3.click repair your computer

If you do not have this disc ,contact your system adm or computer manufacturer for assistance .

File:\boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: an error has occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data

The reason I am installing windows is because my son had a virus ( I think) and the computer wouldn't start in windows . So the first time I loaded the disc it seemed to work fine until he tried to connect to the Internet and realized there wasn't a network adapter . I guess for some reason it didn't load with the windows program . Now I can't reinstall the disc and can't get past this black screen with this error mess.
Any help would be appreciated
