disconnetcs when switching from 3G to 4G

Hello,

i just got oukitel k6000 plus and have one small problem. when i play mulitplayer online game, and my network switch from 3G to 4G or other way, it disconnects me. This didn't happend on my previous phone. I tried to limit my network to 3G, but that's just slow. Is there a way to solve this disconnects?

You would have to talk to your service provider/carrier about the issue. The network usage changes is done by them, not the device.
