this question is about boot time defragmentation part of diskeeper

i have disk keeper pro premiere 2008.

will it harm my computer if i use it?

because it does move the MFT files.

this will not harm your OS If your going to do a boot frag you might want to make the mft as big as you can.
This will increase the MFT page size eliminating the way xp creates new pages as your file allocation size increases
