I have spent a decent amount of time trolling the web trying to find a fix for this. System Information as follows:

All drivers are up to date. i have done a clean install of the drivers and Catalyst. I have completely reinstalled Win8. please help.
 
Solution
I run windows 8.1 and I get the same thing if I leave powerplay enabled, But windows 8 it would just freeze the OS, 8.1 it just freaks out. I run 2x5850's, mobile is a bit different tho.
